VFW Tournament Social
This social is for EVERYONE, not just teens!
- We want to encourage ALL tournament participants & their families to come to Dave & Busters @ Irvine Spectrum to hang out for an evening of food, drinks, friends and fun.
- D&B’s will be open to the public, we did not rent the entire venue. So everyone is welcome – whether or not you buy a ticket to the Social.
- Pre-Sale tickets only. No Walk-ins, no tickets sold at event. Register by Oct 9th!! (one form per team)
Ticket prices:
- $40 for Teens (7th – 12th grade)
- $35 for Kids (6th grade & younger)
- $15 for Adults.
A ticket purchase will get you:
- Dinner & non-alcoholic drinks (all)
- A $20 power card (kids & teens)
- Entrance to the dance (teens only)
- Dinner menu: bar burgers, chicken nuggets, cheese pizza, baked mac & cheese, french fries, house salad, fresh fruit, and churros. We apologize that we are not able to accommodate special dietary requests.
- It’s a great value for food & drinks but you are welcome to purchase power cards, food, and drinks on your own from D&B that night.
- The dinner buffet room will require you to have a wristband in order to enter to get your dinner. Parents of younger kids must purchase dinner to be allowed into the room to assist their children with food.
- We have rented event spaces near the buffet room with seating available to eat your dinner and hang out. No wristband will be required to enter these seating areas.
- There will be a cash bar available in this area as well so adults can order alcoholic drinks there or at the main bar. You are also able to order food from the D&B menu at the main bar (not in our event spaces, though, sorry!).
- We will be distributing wristbands and power cards at your games on Saturday so there is no check-in required at D&Bs. You can arrive at any time.
- Dinner will be available from 7:30 -9:30 pm.
- The Teen Dance starts at 8:30 pm.
Teen Dance:
- Features DJ Icy Ice.
- No Ins & Outs. Once they leave the dance room, teens will not be allowed to re-enter. There is a restroom available inside the dance room.
- Pizza, churros, soft drinks, and water will be available inside the dance.
- Only teens with dance wristbands will be allowed inside.
Event Space:
In one event space area, there are 2 billiard tables for the kids to play pool.
- 20 min time slots
- 4 player max per table
- Sign up sheet will be next to the billiards tables.
- Kids/Teens can only sign up for 1 slot.
- Teens only from 7:30- 8:30 pm
- Kids only 8:30 – 9:30 pm
- Open sign ups 9:30 – 10:30 pm.
In another area we plan to run a kid-friendly movie on a large screen as another option to keep the younger ones occupied
